Our promise

If something is not right with your order, tell us and we will put it right.

Returns and refunds

• Physical items: return within 30 days in original condition for a full refund.
• Digital products and subscriptions: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not happy.
• Services and bookings: cancel up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exceptions

Personalised items, used gift cards and services already delivered cannot be refunded unless they were faulty.
